When we talk about high quality, one of the things we’re referring to is the top of the line session border controller that helps keep your phones up and running with no down time. BlueTel has a failsafe system set up to ensure you stay protected from connectivity problems. If your office loses power or internet connection, your calls are immediately routed to the number you provided for us when we set up the system – many businesses choose their personal cellphones and it’s worked out well.
Multiple transit providers, located in geographically diverse locations give us an additional layer of protection. If a transit provider fails, our routers detect the failure and takes the traffic, routing it over the other transit links. It takes only a matter of seconds for the traffic to reach the other transit links. To give you additional insight into our setup, we’d like to note how we use the largest backbone Internet providers, pointing directly to our server. Additionally, we’ve built a massive backup system in a separate location to handle any major problems with the data center.
